🌿 HI, I’M SHAWN ROBIN
Movement has been a lifelong pathway of healing, expression, and reconnection for me.
Through yoga, dance, breathwork, qigong, and mindful movement practices, I created Movement For LYFE as a space where people can reconnect with their bodies in a supportive and sustainable way.
My approach is gentle, grounded, and centered around consistency over perfection. I believe movement should help you feel more connected to yourself — not more overwhelmed.
Whether you’re beginning again, exploring something new, or simply looking for a more supportive relationship with your body, you are welcome here.

Movement For LYFE was created from a simple belief:
When we reconnect with our bodies consistently and compassionately, real transformation becomes possible.
What began as a personal movement journey evolved into a supportive online practice space combining yoga, breathwork, mindful movement, qigong, and embodied wellness practices designed for real life.
MFL is not about perfection or performance.
It is about building a sustainable relationship with movement — one that supports your energy, mobility, nervous system, emotional wellbeing, and overall sense of connection.
Inside this space, students are encouraged to move gently, consistently, and in a way that honors where they are each day.
This is movement designed to support your life — not compete with it.
